Supplied fully finished with no glass, you do not need to worry about any painting or staining - you can simple hang the door when it arrives.

Featuring the signature Evergreen Cottage aesthetic, this door is finished in a natural oak veneer and detailed with subtle 6x4mm grooves and timber inserts, offering a refined look that complements both contemporary and heritage interiors.

Designed to offer 30 minutes of fire resistance, the Cottage Oak fire door features the signature planked groove detailing and timber inserts of traditional cottage doors, all wrapped in a rich fully finished oak veneer. It’s ready to install with no sanding, oiling or fuss. 

With a fully tested fire-rated particleboard core and 10mm solid lippings, allowing for up to 8mm of trimming (4mm from each edge) it’s a great low-cost alternative to the Mexicano and Farley fire door - making it ideal for renovations and new builds alike, where cost savings are paramount.

Like the unfinished version, it’s available in a broad mix of imperial and metric sizes, with panel layout based on width:

  • 3-panel: 457mm, 526mm & 533mm
  • 4-panel: 610mm & 626mm
  • 5-panel: 686mm–813mm
  • 6-panel: 826mm, 838mm & 926mm

As with all CLIMADOOR products, the Cottage Oak fire door is crafted using FSC® certified timber and covered by a 10-year manufacturing guarantee, making it a solid investment in safety and style.
