Product Information

The White Smooth 2 Panel Internal Door brings timeless simplicity into any property. With its elegant two-panel moulded design, this door offers a clean, traditional look that works across both modern and classic interiors. Often referred to as the Cambridge, Tonbridge or Smooth Caprice, it’s a proven favourite for developers and homeowners alike, thanks to its versatility and dependable quality.

FSC Certification

Constructed with a lightweight hollow core, the non-fire rated version is easy to handle and install, making it an excellent choice for large-scale fitting projects. For areas requiring added protection, FD30-rated versions are also available with a solid core construction, ensuring safety standards are met without compromising on style. All models are supplied white primed with a smooth MDF skin, ready for painting in any finish to suit your décor or development palette.

Sizing

This door is available in the most popular imperial and metric sizes, providing options to suit a wide range of properties. Non-fire rated models can be trimmed by up to 6mm from any edge, while fire rated doors include 18mm lippings and allow trimming of up to 12mm from each edge. All non-fire rated versions come with 300x82mm lock blocks positioned centrally on both sides for straightforward installation.

Sustainability

Manufactured with responsible sourcing in mind, these doors are supplied under FSC® (INT-COC-003944.500) mix certification. At least 70% of the timber content comes from FSC-certified forests, recycled materials and controlled wood, ensuring buyers can specify these doors with confidence in their environmental credentials.

Coordinating Across Entire Developments

Consistency is straightforward with this range, as the White Smooth 2 Panel is available in non-fire rated, FD30 fire rated and glazed versions. Bedrooms and utility rooms benefit from the solid design, while fire-rated models deliver essential compliance in key areas. For shared living spaces, the glazed option introduces light and openness, all while maintaining the same unified design.

This flexibility makes it simple for developers to roll out a consistent style across every room in a property or across multiple homes on a site, achieving both visual cohesion and practical performance.

Ideal for Newbuild and Volume Projects

The White Smooth 2 Panel Internal Door has been developed with both individual buyers and volume housebuilders in mind. Lightweight construction ensures faster installation, while the availability of fire-rated and glazed versions means one style can cover every requirement in a development. Volume pricing is available, offering excellent value for larger orders, making this an attractive option for those working on multi-plot builds.
